MOONMM ESCROW — TERMS OF SERVICE
1. SERVICE
MoonMM acts as an automated escrow agent for crypto‑for‑goods trades. Buyer funds are held securely and released to the seller only after the buyer confirms delivery.
2. FEES
• $250+ → 1% of trade value
• $50–$249.99 → $2.00
• $15–$49.99 → $1.00
• Under $15 → free
Minimum trade: $1.00. Fee is added to the buyer's total.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be 18+ and legally allowed to use cryptocurrency where you live. You are responsible for complying with local laws.
4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide accurate wallet addresses and trade details. Sellers must deliver what was promised before release. Buyers must verify receipt before releasing funds.
5. DISPUTES
If a problem arises, contact server admins with evidence. Admins decide how funds are handled. Their decision is final.
6. REFUNDS
Once funds are released they cannot be recovered. Before release, a buyer may cancel if payment wasn't detected yet.
7. LIABILITY
MoonMM is not responsible for wrong addresses, network delays, price changes, or user errors.
8. CHANGES
These terms can be updated at any time. Continued use of the bot means you accept the latest version.
